Voila! The first images of our little boy.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Today was a miracle day, and we are so thankful for the new knowledge we have about our child. It is an honor and a joy to be bringing a son into the world (and of course we will feel the same way about a daughter)!
We are open to suggestions as names go! Cameron was calling him things like "Tiberias" and "Sparticus" before we left the clinic parking lot. Then when we got home he said, "How about the first name we see when we open this book?" The book was Famous Scottish Battles. It turns out the first character we ran into was one Henry, described as parsimonious. Now Henry is a fine old name, and there was a likable Roman emperor or two. But yes, we are still open to suggestions.
He is a mover! I love him :) I vote for Frankfurt Nelson, we'll call him Franky for short...
ReplyDeleteI watched the whole thing. I love him!
ReplyDeleteHow about a peace-inciting name like David Ali. :)
Congratulations, Cam! I think he should have your awesome family middle name. :)
ReplyDeleteGrandfather and I watched it all too; WE love him too. I think Stuart Stephen is a great name. StevieStu for short?
ReplyDeleteI also like Henry. Rueben is a good name for a first son. Maybe there will be 11 more to follow.
Rueben Rubaloff Nelson.
He is beautiful. Just who we wanted.
Sweet little tyke. I'd probably name him Thump, Thud, Thad, or Thurgood. He's a keeper!
