Hello again after a long absence! We look forward to posting more often in the near future, since we now have someone much more interesting than ourselves to photograph and brag about!
He only looks like he enjoyed his first bath.
Little Peter Marshall Nelson was born two weeks ago today, Feb. 21 2012. I'll be posting an abridged birth story soon, but in the meantime here are some photos from this week! (These were all taken by mama (myself), so no blaming Cameron if they are a bit out of focus.) Enjoy our newest little friend:
Hello! I am Peter. Blue-ish eyes, red-ish hair.
Sometimes I daydream.
And sometimes I stare.
Sometimes I am silly.
Sometimes I am not.
Sometimes when I yawn I give Mama a scare.
Some hats are too big,
And some hats are too small.
But I'm always smiley when Daddy is there!

This baby is amazingly beautiful. These are such great pictures!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh will you please make a book of these pictures with those exact same words? This is the best post of any blog I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pleasant fellow! We find that little face fully irrestible. Now, allow me to translate your sweet rhyme for your Hebrew readers:
ReplyDeleteShalom! Eech, bin haut, ach el lem, Salam, leheiem, bar mitz, ahat.
Oh my heavens! He is SOO handsome and sweet! I have a little something that I've been meaning to mail for literally 2 months!! It'll get there eventually, I promise! ...And before his first birthday! I hope everything is well for you and that the birth went well! My love and thoughts have been with you VERY often!
ReplyDeleteLove you 3!

He is so sweet! I love his little smile. Again George was mesmerized as we looked at the pictures together. :) Sweet babe!
ReplyDeleteI love this little baby boy Peter Marshall Nelson. He is such a lovely child, and he is THRIVING. Love the amazing pictures Meredith. It's lovely being a Six Grandson Grandmama.
ReplyDeleteHe is growing up without me.
ReplyDeleteHe is such a mix of you two, but Cameron is just calling out with all his strength in the "sometimes I am not" picture. I just see it. I love these.
